Warranty, Returns & refunds

All hardware wallets products have a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects except for BitBox02 that has a 24 month limited warranty.

Miners, Mining Rigs and GPUs have a 6 month limited warranty. Warranty will be void if GPUS or rigs are overclocked, under-powered or not operated within the ergonomic limitations (temperature limits, power limits, clean environment, etc..)

Miners, Mining rigs and mining accessories warranties are provided directly by their manufacturers and all warranty issues need to be addressed directly with them.

By purchasing items from our store, you explicitly accept the warranty terms of the manufacturer.

Returns within the first 30 days of purchase are accepted only for sealed in original packaging wallets, due to the nature of the product and tampering concerns, open Hardware wallets with manufacturer's seal broken will not be accepted back,by purchasing  Trezor, Ledger and other hardware wallets from our store, you explicitly accept these condition.

Shipping costs will be deducted from all compliant returns.

Shipping costs + return shipping costs and handling fees of 15-35% will be charged for incorrect addresses or returns where we the seller are not at fault, like if you changed your mind. 

Mining Rigs, miners and mining equipment sales are final and cannot be returned, all hardware faults and issues will need to be raised directly to the manufacturer per the equipment instructions materials and warranty.

Clearance Sale, refurbished items sale and Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Boxing day sale are final sales.

Other items are subject to return if unused and/or unopened. 

Returns and refunds will be processed with a valid and approved RMA only, as such contact us before you ship back your return.

No returns will be accepted beyond the 30 days policy.

A 5% will be withheld for cancelled orders refunds with a minimum of 5$.

This is due to our payment gateway policy not to refund any payment fees.

Pre-orders that might be cancelled by us in the less likely event of stock shortage of the original item requested will be fully refunded.
