Shipping, Delivery and Pickup

FREE Shipping Excludes all pre-orders, accessories and orders less than 100$

We currently ship to  Canadian (including PO Box) , US and most international countries addresses only upon confirmed payment and confirmed addresses, list of countries is expanding as we grow our sales.

We ship International items using Canada Post International Xpress post as it is the only affordable shipping from Canada with tracking, signature and insurance up to 100$ on Expedited parcels and full amount on Xpresspost and Purolator, within Canada we ship by Canada Post and Purolator (select the method you like at Checkout). If you would like us to ship an item using DHL, UPS or other methods, please do contact us to pass your order offline.

Some items are ineligible for shipping outside of Canada or the US due to sales restrictions.

We ship all hardware wallets from our own warehouse/office for maximum security.

Free Expedited shipping with tracking is available in Canada and The US for orders over 100C$ To Canada and 250C$ (180USD) to the US$ before taxes on non large items (up to 2 kg/5 pounds) applicable for all in- stock items (excludes pre-orders and accessories purchased separately from an item that have a flat rate added) 

Orders over 500$ or with different shipping and billing addresses or unconfirmed PayPal addresses will require a valid phone number to be processed as much as one or two valid proof of IDs to be provided to confirm the payment.

Orders are expedited within the same business day if ordered by 3PM, or next day after 3PM.

Signature is required upon receipt for most of our products.

Please do not forget to include your unit/appartment/suite number if you are in an apartment building, Canada Post will return any parcel without an apartment number as the address is incomplete.

Return items at no fault to TheCryptoShop will be refunded minus shipping, handling and restocking costs

You are responsible to track your item and pick it up in community mailboxes, we will not be responsible for items lost in community mailboxes or shared parcel storage areas.

Pickup is free of charge, to take your item, make sure you receive an email from us that your order is ready for pickup and pickup location.
